Prime Video Renews "Invincible" for Season 6

Prime Video has today given an early sixth season renewal to its original animated drama series Invincible. Based on the graphic novel of the same name by Robert Kirkman, the fourth season ended in April 2026 and the fifth will premiere in 2027.

The series follows teenager Mark Grayson, a human-alien hybrid who becomes a crime-fighting superhero known as "Invincible" under the guidance of his father, Nolan/Omni-Man.

The voice cast includes Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, J.K. Simmons, Gillian Jacobs, Seth Rogen, Walton Goggins, Lee Pace, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Jason Mantzoukas, Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Zachary Qunito, Chris Diamantopoulos, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson, Ben Schwartz, Clancy Brown, Jay Pharoah, Mark Hamill, Matthew Rhys, Danai Gurira and Melise.

In addition to the early renewal, it was also announced today that Jack Quaid (The Boys, Star Trek: Lower Decks) will join the voice cast as Gravitator in the fifth season.

Kirkman executive produces with David Alpert, Simon Racioppa, Margaret M. Dean, Catherine Winder, Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. Helen Leigh and Cory Walker co-executive produce. Amazon MGM Studios, Skybound Entertainment and Point Grey Pictures produce.

"One of the biggest rewards of building Invincible over the years has been witnessing how new audiences continue to connect with these characters and this world, almost 25 years after its creation," said Kirkman. "This renewal is as much a testament to the passion of our fans as it is to the talented teams bringing the series to life, including longtime supervising directors Shaun O'Neill and Dan Duncan, who have done so much behind the scenes to make Invincible a success, and will now help us continue to grow as executive producers. There's still so much story left to tell, and I can't wait for fans to see what's ahead in seasons 5, 6 and beyond."
