HBO's HARRY POTTER
- Nicholas Hoult has been cast as a new series regular on the drama's upcoming second season. He currently stars as Lex Luthor in the Superman film franchise. He previously starred for three seasons in Hulu's The Great, receiving an Emmy Award nomination for his performance in 2022.
- He will play Gilderoy Lockhart, a notoriously vain, boastful and fame-obsessed wizard well-versed in Memory Charms who is recruited by Dumbledore (John Lithgow) to become Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts at Hogwarts. A five-time winner of Witch Weekly's Most Charming Smile Award, Lockhart authored many books on dark creatures and his supposed encounters with them.
FOX's MEMORY OF A KILLER
- Boris Kodjoe has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He previously starred for four seasons in Showtime's Soul Food, two seasons in CBS' Code Black, and six seasons in ABC's Station 19.
- He will play Tré, the "Fourth Musketeer," He is the closest childhood friend of Angelo (Patrick Dempsey), Dutch (Michael Imperioli) and Michael (Richard Clarkin). A high-level executive at a large company, he's the only one out of the four who "broke good," and is now being honored for saving their childhood community center.
PRIME VIIDEO's BISHOP
- Gerardo Celasco, Alex Breaux, Ally Ioannides and Steven Yaffee have landed recurring roles on the upcoming drama starring Joel Kinnaman and John Malkovich. Celasco released starred in Peacock's M.I.A., which released its first season in May 2026. Breaux recurred on Netflix's American Primeval and Stranger Things. Ioannides starred for three seasons in AMC's Into the Badlands. Yaffee recurred on CBS' Ghosts.
- Celasco will play Ricardo Cruz. Breaux will play Louis Davies. Ioannides will play Mountain Girl. Yaffee will play Cain.
NETFLIX's THE STICKS
- Scott Bakula, Logan Marshall-Green, Alex MacIsaac, Bryan Greenberg, Chelsea Field, Patrick Gallagher, Alison Araya, Aman Smardon, Krista Bridges and Ben Cotton have joined the cast of the upcoming drama (previously untitled) starring Michelle Monaghan.
- Bakula (NCIS: New Orleans) will play Coach Brody. Marshall-Green (Marshalls) will play Coach Sully. MacIsaac (When Calls the Heart) will play Emma Boone. Greenberg (Suits LA) will play Cliff Barnes, Field (The Last Boy Scout) will play Alice Hansen. Gallagher (Big Sky) will play Principal Montgomery. Araya (Peacemaker) will play Joan Garcia. Smardon (Allegiance) will play Kai Becker. Bridges (Devil in Disguise: John Wayne Gacy) will play Frankie Ryder. Cotton (The Night Agent) will play Mr. Marchbanks.
APPLE TV's UNTITLED MONARCH PREQUEL
- Connie Nielsen and Stana Katic will co-star on the upcoming Monarch: Legacy of Monsters prequel starring Wyatt Russell. Nielsen previously starred in the Wonder Woman and Nobody film franchises. Katic starred for eight seasons in ABC's Castle and three seasons in Prime Video's Absentia.
- No details were immediately announced about the characters they will be playing.
NBC's ST. DENIS MEDICAL
- Damon Wayans will guest star in the comedy's upcoming third season premiere. He previously starred for three seasons in FOX's In Living Color, five seasons in ABC's My Wife and Kids, and three seasons in FOX's Lethal Weapon.
- He will play Dr. Highland, a charming but pompous new doctor at St. Denis. He is filling in while Ron (David Alan Grier) is recovering from surgery. All the patients and staff - besides Alex (Allison Tolman) - have fallen head over heels for him and his insights.
APPLE TV's UNTITLED DAKOTA FANNING DRAMA
- Louisa Krause has been added to the cast of the upcoming drama starring Dakota Fanning and Stellan Skarsgård. She previously starred in the second season of Starz's The Girlfriend Experience. She also recurred on Showtime's Billions and Ray Donovan.
