APPLE TV's MURDERBOT
- The dramedy has today released a list of new recurring and guest stars for its upcoming second season. No details were announced about the characters they will be playing or how many episodes each actor will appear in.
- The new additions include Blair Underwood, Brendan Hunt, Bridget Everett, Britne Oldford, Damian Young, Divian Ladwa, Ella Jay Basco, Etienne Beydon, Griffin Newman, Jaedynn Latter, Jason George, Kali Reis, Katy O'Brian, Maddy Strauss, Marc Menchaca, Martha Plimpton, Meredith Salenger, Michael Sheen, Nia Otchere-Sarfo, Nicholas Braun, Patton Oswalt, Steve Buscemi, Topher Grace, Tramell Tillman, and Wanda Sykes.
APPLE TV's WIDOW'S BAY
- Jeff Hiller has been promoted to series regular on the comedy's upcoming second season. He was a recurring guest star during the first season - appearing in seven episodes overall. He previously starred for three seasons in HBO's Somebody Somewhere, winning an Emmy Award in 2025 for his performance.
- He plays Dale, a town hall staffer.
ABC's THE ROOKIE: NORTH and PRIME VIDEO's CROSS
- Curtis Lum has been cast in recurring roles on the upcoming The Rookie spinoff starring Jay Ellis and the Prime Video drama's upcoming third season. He previously recurred on CBS' Fire Country, Paramount+'s The Agency, Apple TV's Invasion, Netflix's The Night Agent and AMC's The Audacity.
- On the ABC drama, he will play Charley Furst, a cheerful and relaxed officer who has a reputation for always finding the path of least resistance when it comes to the job.
- On the Prime Video drama, he will play F.W. Jung, who provides discreet, ever-changing services for powerful clients, solving problems with meticulous planning and quiet efficiency. Pragmatic and unemotional, he views every situation as a problem to be resolved. By the time he speaks, the outcome is already in motion.
PRIME VIDEO's BLOODAXE
- Gard Løkke, Melina Åkerman, Kieran Bew, Sebastian Bull and George Burgess have joined the cast of the drama's upcoming second season. Løkke previously starred in the third season of Netflix's Home for Christmas. Åkerman recurred on BBC One's Granite Harbour. Bew starred for three seasons in Cinemax's Warrior and two seasons in HBO's House of the Dragon. Bull appeared in the films April 9th and Sons. Burgess guest starred on Starz's Spartacus: House of Ashur.
- No details were immediately announced about the characters they will be playing. Løkke will be a series regular while the other four actors will recur. Production on the second season has begun before the first season has been released.
FOX's BEST MEDICINE
- Jack Cutmore-Scott has booked a recurring role on the dramedy's upcoming second season. He previously starred for two seasons in Paramount+'s Frasier.
- He will play Park, Martin's (Josh Charles) professional monitor who will oversee his compliance with the state medical board's ruling on his case. Charming and friendly, he will annoy Martin to no end and have sparks with Louisa (Abigail Spencer).
