Netflix and Liz Feldman Extend Partnership with Series Order for Dark Comedy "All the Rage"

Netflix has today given a series order to the original comedy series All the Rage created by Liz Feldman and Kelly Hutchinson. An episode count and premiere date window were not immediately announced.

The half-hour dark revenge comedy will center on Emma and Eli, old friends who reconnect after a long estrangement and find new purpose in taking down the man who tore them apart.

Feldman and Hutchinson will executive produce with Will Ferrell, Jessica Elbaum and Christie Smith. Gloria Sanchez Productions and Rise Management will produce.

Alongside the series announcement, Netflix has extended its creative partnership with Feldman, under which she will continue to develop new series and films exclusively for Netflix. All the Rage marks the third series Feldman created for Netflix - following Dead to Me and No Good Deed. Hutchinson previously worked with Feldman as a writer on Dead to Me.

"We're excited to continue our partnership with Liz and bring more of her distinct, brilliant vision to audiences worldwide," said Tracey Pakosta, Vice President of Comedy Series, Netflix. "Her decades-long friendship with Kelly fuels their unique and sharp creative chemistry, which they showcased during their collaboration on Dead to Me. We're thrilled to have them join forces again for All the Rage, which is sure to blend dark comedy and emotional depth like only Liz and Kelly can."

"We're thrilled to tell this completely made up story about revenge inspired by our very real friendship of 30 years," added Feldman and Hutchinson. "Thank you to Netflix for being the best partners in the biz and, more importantly, for paying us to finally work through 30 years of neurosis and resentment."
