Whitson will play Olivia, Abel's twin sister and a former prom queen who has fallen from grace who's learning who her real friends are after most everyone in her inner circle turns their backs on her.

After difficulty casting, Mark Duplass (The League, The Mindy Project) has decided to step into the fourth and final leading role on the HBO comedy pilot Togetherness which he is writing, directing and executive producing with his brother, Jay Duplass. He will play Brett, Michelle Pierson's (Melanie Lynskey) husband and health food obsessive. Successful in business, his peculiar brand of enthusiasm has gotten him a picture-perfect life: a sweet wife, a solid job, two healthy kids.
