Casting News - Jessica de Gouw Returns to 'Arrow' in March; 'The Blacklist' Adds 'The Good Wife' Regular; Plus 2 More Updates!

CBS' Blue Bloods; The CW's Arrow & Beauty and the Beast; and NBC's The Blacklist.





THE CW's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST
  • Christopher Heyerdahl (Hell on Wheels, True Blood) will appear in the 14th episode of the second season as someone from Vincent's (Jay Ryan) past. He will play Dr. Nicholas Markus, a respected physician at St. Benjamin's and Vincent's former mentor. The two will cross paths again when Vincent tries to save someone - and later puts Markus' in a possibly career-ending predicament.
THE CW's ARROW
  • Jessica de Gouw - whose latest series Dracula just wrapped its first season last Friday - will be reprising her role as The Huntress in an upcoming March episode of the DC Comics series aptly titled "Birds of Prey." She returns to Starling City after Arrow arrests Frank (Jeffrey Nordling) - her father who killed her fiance and the target of all her revenge tactics - and she in turn sets her eyes on exacting revenge on him as well as the Canary (Caity Lotz).
CBS's BLUE BLOODS
  • Law & Order alum Carey Lowell has landed a guest role on CBS' Friday night procedural. She will play Joyce, who is co-chaperoning a class field trip with Frank (Tom Selleck) and clashes with him other matters great and small while touring the American Museum of Natural History.
NBC's THE BLACKLIST
  • Zach Grenier (The Good Wife) and Jennifer Ehle (Fifty Shades of Grey) will appear in an upcoming episode of the NBC drama entitled "Madeline Pratt (No. 73)." Grenier will play Novak, who works for a taxidermy workshop but actually deals with an underworld of rare and exotic antiques. Ehle will play Madeline Pratt, a formidable businesswoman who has a past with Red (James Spader).
