ABC's American Crime, How to Get Away with Murder & Warriors; CBS' Good Session, Red Zone & Save the Date; and FOX's Dead Boss.





CBS' GOOD SESSION
  • Mad Men star Rich Sommer has booked a regular role on the comedy pilot from writer Matt Miller. He will play Seth, Joel's best friend and former college roommate, an armchair philosopher and suburban-dwelling father of three kids with the vibe of a man who hasn't been single in years.
CBS' SAVE THE DATE
  • Brian Howe (Hart of Dixie, Betrayal) will co-star on the comedy pilot starring Maggie Lawson. He will play Ray, Kate (Lawson) and Hilary's (Michelle Trachtenberg) wry-humored father, who has been married to Connie (Julie White) for decades in an active and happy union.
CBS' RED ZONE
  • Aimee Garcia (Dexter) and Shanley Caswell (The Conjuring) have been cast on the drama pilot from writer Nikki Toscano. Garcia will play Vera Bradley, a whip-smart, driven and impatient case officer with the CIA's Counter-Terrorism department. Caswell will play Holden's daughter, a cute but slightly awkward teenager with a lively interest in world affairs.
ABC's HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER
  • Hostages star Billy Brown has joined the cast of the drama pilot starring Viola Davis. He will play Nate, a respected police detective who is having an affair with Annalise (Davis) and is caught by Wes (Alfred Enoch). Married to a woman dying of cancer, Nate is furious when Annalise coerces him to testify falsely at her trial in order to discredit a junior detective.
ABC's AMERICAN CRIME
  • Benito Martinez (The Shield) and W. Earl Brown (Deadwood) have been added to the cast of the drama pilot from new Oscar winner John Ridley. Martinez will play Alonzo, a hardworking, middle-class widowed father whose son is accused of the crime. Brown will play Tom, the emotionally distraught father of Lily, the wife of the murdered war vet.
ABC's WARRIORS
  • Abbie Cobb (Suburgatory) has been cast on the drama pilot from writer Christopher Keiser. She will play Sienna Jones, a young bride whose new husband - a soldier - suffers a major medical mishap.
FOX's DEAD BOSS
  • Justine Lupe and Ravi Patel will co-star opposite Jane Krakowski on the single camera comedy pilot. Lupe will play Laura, Helen's (Krakowski) well-intentioned train wreck of a sister who moves into Helen's condo, takes over Helen's job and finds herself starting to enjoy living Helen's life. Patel will play Henry, one of Helen's co-workers who loves and is obsessed with her and is devastated when she receives a guilty verdict.
