ABC FAMILY's RECOVERY ROAD
- Kyla Pratt (Let's Stay Together) and Justin Prentice (Malibu Country) have been cast on the drama pilot starring Samantha Logan. Pratt will play Trish Collins, Maddie's (Logan) roommate at the rehab facility. Prentice will play Dallas, the popular, devious yet sentimental high school bad boy.
USA's STANISTAN
- USA has given a cast-contingent pilot order to drama Stanistan written by Andy Parker. From Universal Cable Productions, Stanistan follows the staff at the American compound in the Middle Eastern country of Stanistan, where State Department workers, covert CIA officers and journalists operate in a delicate balance of danger and silliness using every coping mechanism available. Steve Scheffer is executive producing, with Richard Scarth, Mary Louise Vitelli and Maureen Ryan as co-executive producers.
