Casting News - Billy Burke Reprises 'The Closer' Villain on 'Major Crimes'; Malese Jow Joins 'The Flash'; Plus 4 More Updates!

ABC's Castle & Nashville; The CW's The Flash; TNT's Major Crimes; Syfy's The Expanse; and USA's Suits.

  • Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galactica, Ascension) will guest star on an upcoming episode of the drama's fourth season. She will play Evan Smith, Mike (Patrick J. Adams) and Harvey's (Gabriel Macht) latest adversary in the courtroom during a huge class action case and perhaps Harvey's latest crush.
  • Krista Allen (Days of Our Lives) will guest star on the ninth episode of the drama's seventh season. She will play Naomi Duvray, a former movie star who appeared in a slew of critically panned 1980s action moves and who is married to the frontman (and best friend of the murder victim) of a current B-movie franchise.
  • Billy Burke will reprise his role as Phillip Stroh from The Closer in a two-episode arc on the drama's third season. Appearing in the episodes airing Jan. 12 and 19, Stroh has fired his counsel and is now acting as his own attorney and wants a new deal after getting his hands on some form of leverage.
  • Moniqua Plante (Pillow Talk) will appear in at least four episodes of the drama's third season. She will play Natasha, a new love interest for Teddy (Eric Close).
  • Florence Faivre (Alpha House, The Following) has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming drama starring Thomas Jane. She will play Julie Mao, a smart and rebellious woman from a wealthy family who chooses a principled life of hardship and becomes involved in politically subversive activities.
  • Malese Jow (The Vampire Diaries, Star-Crossed) has landed a recurring role on the drama's first season. She will play Linda Park, a quick-witted reporter who befriends Iris (Candice Patton) and quickly hits it off with Barry (Grant Gustin).
