Casting News - Nick Jonas Joins 'Scream Queens'; Katie Holmes Books Season-Long Arc on 'Ray Donovan'; Plus 4 More Updates!

FOX's New Girl & Scream Queens; NBC's Chicago P.D. & Grimm; Showtime's Ray Donovan; and TBS' Angie Tribeca.





FOX's SCREAM QUEENS
  • Singer-actor Nick Jonas (Kingdom) has booked a recurring role on the upcoming horror-comedy series. No details about his character were currently made available.
NBC's CHICAGO P.D.
  • Nick Gehlfuss (Shameless) will recur on the drama's second season as Ryan Halstead, Jay's (Jesse Lee Soffer) brother. Ryan is a successful doctor but also a playboy who never sticks around when things get complicated. He returns to Chicago at a time in his life when he wants things to get more real. He will also appear in an episode of Chicago Fire that could potentially serve as a backdoor pilot for a Chicago Med spinoff.
FOX's NEW GIRL
  • Fiona Gubelmann (Wilfred) will appear in a March episode of the comedy's fourth season. She will play Val, a mourner who Jess (Zooey Deschanel), Coach (Damon Wayans Jr.) and Cece (Hannah Simone) meet at a funeral for one of Coach's gym friends.
NBC's GRIMM
  • Nico Evers-Swindell (William & Kate) will appear in at least two episodes of the drama's fourth season. He will play Prince Kenneth, who is sent to Portland by the King to recover Adalind's (Claire Coffee) daughter after Viktor (Alexis Denisof) fails to do so.
SHOWTIME's RAY DONOVAN
  • Katie Holmes (Dawson's Creek) has signed on to a season-long recurring arc on the drama's upcoming third season. She will play Paige, a shrewd and chic businesswoman and the daughter of billionaire producer Andre Finney (guest star Ian McShane).
TBS' ANGIE TRIBECA
  • Adam Scott will reunite with his former Parks and Recreation co-star Rashida Jones on an upcoming episode of her new comedy. He will appear as a doctor who Tribeca (Jones) encounters in a waiting room while she's awaiting news on her partner's (Hayes MacArthur) condition following an accident.
