FOX Confirms Series Order for Drama '9-1-1' Starring Angela Bassett; Cancels 'Scream Queens'

FOX is losing one series from producer Ryan Murphy today but gaining a new one. Ahead of its upfront presentation, FOX announced that Scream Queens has been cancelled after two seasons. However, the network also confirmed a straight-to-series order for Murphy's new drama 9-1-1 starring Angela Bassett.
