FX Cancels 'Married' After 2 Seasons

FX has opted not to order any additional episodes of its original comedy series Married starring Nat Faxon and Judy Greer. The series wrapped its two season run on October 1, 2015.

Creator Andrew Gurland broke the news on Twitter: "There will be no season three of @MarriedFX. Thank you @FXNetworks for the opportunity and thank you to all the fans. It's been a blast."

The comedy followed a long-time married couple (Faxon & Greer) and how their lives have changed after being together for so long.

The cast also featured Jenny Slate, Brett Gelman, Sarah Burns, John Hodgman and Paul Reiser.

Gurland served as executive producer with Salamo Levin, Paul Young and Peter Principato. FX Productions and Principato-Young Entertainment produced.
