Netflix's Godless & Santa Clarita Diet; Starz's American Gods; and TNT's Animal Kingdom.





NETFLIX's GODLESS
  • Jack O'Connell (Unbroken) has been cast in the lead role on the upcoming drama from Steven Soderbergh and Scott Frank. He will play Roy, an injured outlaw on the run from his former boss who was orphaned at a young age and was taken in by Griffin who ultimately breaks up a robbery and takes off with the loot, splitting from his father figure after he no longer can stomach his behavior.
TNT's ANIMAL KINGDOM
  • The cable network has pushed back the series premiere date of the new drama starring Ellen Barkin and Scott Speedman. The series will now launch on Tuesday, June 14 at 9/8c. with a two-hour premiere.
NETFLIX's SANTA CLARITA DIET
  • Ruben Fleischer (Superstore, The Second Fattest Housewife in Westport) has signed on to direct the first two episodes of the upcoming comedy series starring Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant.
STARZ's AMERICAN GODS
  • Pablo Schreiber (Orange Is the New Black) has been tapped to replace Sean Harris on the upcoming drama series. He will play Mad Sweeney, a down on his luck leprechaun who is having a hard time understanding how he lost his charm and way. Always up for a good fight, he is never deprived while in the employment of Mr. Wednesday (Ian McShane).
