Freeform Renews 'Stitchers' for Season 3

In a bit of surprising news today, Freeform has decided to renew its original drama series Stitchers for a third season. The new season will likely premiere sometime in 2017.






The drama stars Emma Ishta, Kyle Harris, Ritesh Rajan, Salli Richardson-Whitfield, Allison Scagliotti and Damon Dayoub.

Jeffrey Alan Schechter created the drama. He executive produces with Jonathan Baruch, Rob Wolken, Todd Holland, John Myrick and John Ziffren. Freeform Original Productions, StoryBy Productions and Like The Wind Productions produce.

"Stitchers' passionate fan base has been vocal about wanting to see more of this show, and we listened," said Karey Burke, Executive Vice President of Programming and Development, Freeform. "Stitchers has proven itself a consistently strong performer, and we're proud of the fact that it celebrates #smartgirls everywhere."
