AMC has renewed its original drama series Into the Badlands for a third season, it was announced today. The new season will include 16 episodes - up from the six of Season 1 and the 10 of Season 2. The new season will debut in 2018.
The drama stars Daniel Wu, Orla Brady, Sarah Bolger, Aramis Knight, Emily Beecham, Oliver Stark, Madeleine Mantock, Ally Ioannides, Marton Csokas and Nick Frost.
Alfred Gough and Miles Millar created the drama. They executive produce with Daniel Wu, Stephen Fung, David Dobkin, Stacey Sher, Michael Shamberg and Michael Taylor. AMC Studios, Double Feature Films, Big Kid Pictures, Millar Gough Ink and Diversion Pictures produce.
