ABC's For the People & Untitled Grey's Anatomy Spinoff; The CW's Legends of Tomorrow; FOX's The Exorcist; Freeform's New Warriors & Siren; History's Six; NBC's The Night Shift; and Syfy's Happy!.




NBC's THE NIGHT SHIFT
  • Rachelle Lefevre (Under the Dome) and Missy Peregrym (Rookie Blue) will appear in the season finale of the drama's fourth season. Lefevre will play Major Natasha Anthony, a new military doctor coming into San Antonio Memorial Hospital. Peregrym will play Reagan, a female Ranger who comes in as a paramedic and clashes with Drew (Brendan Fehr). Both characters have the potential of returning in a larger capacity should the drama be renewed for a fifth season.
FREEFORM's SIREN
  • Sibongile Mlambo (Black Sails) has joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Eline Powell. She will play Donna, a mystifying and deceptively powerful mermaid.
ABC's UNTITLED GREY'S ANATOMY SPINOFF
  • Rosewood star Jaina Lee Ortiz has been tapped to play the female lead on the upcoming firefighter spinoff of hit drama Grey's Anatomy. No details were immediately released about the character she will be playing.
FOX's THE EXORCIST
  • Li Jun Li (Quantico, Minority Report) has booked a series regular role on the drama's upcoming second season. She will play Rose, a social worker assigned to the group home run by Andrew Kim (John Cho). She is a by-the-books rule follower who arrives to investigate whether Andrew is still capable of caring for the children without a maternal figure in the home. Though she's a strict follower of the boundaries that come with her profession, it becomes clear that she and Andy have a history, and she is the first who is able to see through Andy's brave front. Having grown up in foster care herself, she understands the difficulty of creating a stable home for these children and can relate to them easily.
ABC's FOR THE PEOPLE
  • Britt Robertson (Under the Dome, Girlboss) has landed a series regular role on the upcoming drama starring Hope Davis. She will play Sandra, a sensible, fiercely intelligent and independent new public defender who was driven to the law because of an injustice perpetrated on her family when she was a child. She replaces Britne Oldford, who played the role in the original pilot.
THE CW's LEGENDS OF TOMORROW
  • Tracy Ifeachor (The Originals, Quantico) is set for a recurring role on the drama's upcoming third season. She will play Kuasa, a former guardian of the Anansi Totem that gives Vixen (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) her powers. 
FREEFORM's NEW WARRIORS
  • Keith David (Enlisted, Greenleaf) has been cast in a recurring role on the upcoming comedy from Marvel. He will play Ernest Vigman, a caustic municipal employee who butts up against the hopeful energy of the new warriors.
HISTORY's SIX
  • After recurring throughout Season 1, Jaylen Moore has been promoted to series regular for the drama's upcoming second season. Furthermore, Nikolai Nikolaeff has been cast as a new series regular while Katherine Evans has joined as recurring. Moore plays Armin "Fishbait" Khan, a first-generation Afghan American. He's the team sniper who is also relied upon for his fluency in several Middle Eastern languages. Nikolaeff will play Tamerlin Shishoni, a charismatic and ruthless Chechen/Jihadi mastermind. Evans will play Marissa, a young woman who finds herself at odds with the SEAL Team.
SYFY's HAPPY!
  • Newcomer Medina Senghore has booked a series regular on the upcoming drama starring Christopher Meloni. She will play Amanda Hansen, a single mother who shields herself from life's slings and arrows by building a loving home for her 8-year-old daughter, Hailey. When Hailey is kidnapped, Amanda must overcome an inept police force and her own demons to help rescue her.
