Comedy Central Changes Premiere Date for 'Broad City'; Orders More 'The President Show' and 'The Jim Jefferies Show'

During its presentation at the Television Critics Association's summer press tour, Comedy Central announced a premiere date change for Broad City as well as increased episode orders for The President Show and The Jim Jefferies Show.





The fourth season of Broad City is now set to premiere on Wednesday, September 13 at 10:30/9:30c. following a new episode of South Park. The season was original set to begin on August 23. 

Comedy Central has ordered seven additional episodes of The President Show starring and created by Anthony Atamanuik. However, the show will move to midnight starting on Thursday, September 28.

The network has also picked up 10 more episodes of The Jim Jefferies Show. The series will continue airing new episodes through Tuesday, August 15. Then, it will return with new episodes on Tuesday, September 19 at 10:30/9:30c. following the fall return of Tosh.0.

And finally, Comedy Central made a huge announcement about its new companion series to The Daily Show in an attempt to replace The Colbert Report, The Nightly Show and @Midnight. The new show starring Jordan Klepper will be titled The Opposition with Jordan Klepper. The show will premiere on Monday, September 25 at 11:30/10:30c.
