  • Joy Nash (Twin Peaks, The Mindy Project) has been cast in the lead role on the upcoming drama created by Marti Noxon. She will play Plum Kettle, obese all her life and preparing for lap band surgery when her world is upturned by two rival feminist factions. Caught between old ideas and radical new extremes, Plum must decide for herself what it means to be a revolutionary as the "war of the sexes" becomes literal.
ABC's FOR THE PEOPLE
  • The Leftovers alum Jasmin Savoy Brown has joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Britt Robertson. She will play Allison, Sandra's (Robertson) roommate, best friend from law school and now colleague in the Federal's Public Defender's Office. The role was played in the original pilot by Lyndon Smith.
