Cinemax Sets Premiere Dates for 'Strike Back' and 'Rellik'

Cinemax has today announced premiere dates for the upcoming return of Strike Back and the series debut of new drama Rellik. The premium cable network has also set premiere windows for new drama C.B. Strike and the second season of Outcast.

The rebooted-Strike Back will debut its ten-episode fifth season on Friday, February 2 at 10/9c.

Disavowed and disband, Section 20 is restored to track down a notorious terrorist after a brutal prison break. Tasked with covert military intelligence and high-risk operations, the resurrected Section 20 embarks on a lethal manhunt that will uncover a vast web of interconnected criminal activity. As the team journeys across the Middle East and Europe, it uncovers a deadly conspiracy that threatens to change the face of modern warfare forever.

The new season stars Warren Brown, Daniel MacPherson, Roxanne McKee and Alin Sumarwata.

MJ Bassett returns as executive producer and director.

The six-part drama Rellik will debut on Friday, April 13 at 10/9c.

The drama is a serial killer story told backwards. While the killer will be revealed at the beginning, the thriller drama will offer surprises as it traces back the killer's story.

The cast includes Richard Dormer, Jodi Balfour, Rosalind Eleazar, Paterson Joseph, Paul Rhys, Michael Shaeffer and Lærke Winther.

Harry and Jack Williams created the drama. They executive produce with Willow Grylls, Charlie Pattinson, Elaine Pyke and Stephen Wright. Sam Miller and Hans Herbots directed the season.

While the cable network hasn't set specific premiere dates for the three-part event series C.B. Strike created by J.K. Rowling and the second season of Outcast, it has been announced today that C.B. Strike will air in June while Outcast returns in July.
