Netflix Sets Premiere Date for 'Lost In Space' Remake Starring Toby Stephens and Molly Parker

Netflix has today announced the premiere date for its upcoming original drama series Lost In Space - a remake of the cult 1960s TV series.







The 10-episode first season will debut on the streaming service on Friday, April 13.

Set 30 years in the future, colonization in space is now a reality, and the Robinson family is among those tested and selected to make a new life for themselves in a better world. But when the new colonists find themselves abruptly torn off course en route to their new home, the must forge new alliances and work together to survive in a dangerous alien environment, light-years from their original destination.

The drama stars Toby Stephens, Molly Parker, Mina Sundwall, Max Jenkins, Taylor Russell, Ignacio Serrichio and Parker Posey.

Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless developed the drama, with Zack Estrin serving as showrunner for the first season. The trio executive produce with Kevin Burns, Jon Jashni, Mac Helwig and director Neil Marshall. Legendary Television produces.
