Netflix has renewed its original comedy series Grace and Frankie for a fifth season, it was announced today. The comedy will return with new episodes in 2019.
The comedy stars Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Martin Sheen, Sam Waterston, June Diane Raphael, Baron Vaughn, Brooklyn Decker and Ethan Embry.
It was also announced today that RuPaul will appear as a guest star in the fifth season.
Marta Kauffman and Howard J. Morris created the comedy. They executive produce with Fonda, Tomlin, Paula Weinstein, Dana Goldberg, David Ellison, Marcy Ross and Alexa Junge. Skydance Television and Okay Goodnight produce.
