Amazon's Homecoming; Netflix's Untitled Sabrina Drama; and TV Land's Younger.
TV LAND's YOUNGER
- Christian Borle will appear in at least two episodes of the comedy's upcoming fifth season. He has won two Tony Awards for his performances in Peter and the Starcatcher and Something Rotten. He starred for two seasons in NBC's Smash and recurred in CBS' The Good Wife.
- He will play Don Ridley, a journalist who intrigues Liza (Sutton Foster) with his charm. She will take an interest in him and later confide in him.
AMAZON's HOMECOMING
- Shea Whigham, Hong Chau, Jeremy Allen White and Sydney Poitier have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Julia Roberts. Whigham starred for five seasons in HBO's Boardwalk Empire. Chau starred in the film Downsizing and received a Golden Globe nomination for her performance. White has starred for eight seasons in Showtime's Shameless. Poitier had a recurring role on NBC's Chicago P.D.
- Whigham will play Thomas Carrasco, an awkward bureaucrat investigating the Homecoming Transitional Support Center. Adhering to his sense of duty, he strays beyond his job description.
- Chau will play Audrey Temple, an ambitious assistant at Geist Emergent Group. Undeterred by corporate obstacles, she looks to climb the ranks.
- White will play Shrier, a soldier in Walter's (Stephan James) unit and client at the Homecoming facility.
- Poitier will play Lydia, Colin's (Bobby Cannavale) intelligent and savvy wife.
NETFLIX's UNTITLED SABRINA DRAMA
- Ross Lynch has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming drama starring Kiernan Shipka. He starred for four seasons in Disney's Austin & Ally and the Disney movie franchise Teen Beach Movie.
- He will play Harvey Kinkle, Sabrina's (Shipka) boyfriend. The prince charming of this dark fairy tale, he is the son of a coal miner, a dreamboat and a dreamer, completely unaware of the dark forces conspiring to keep him and Sabrina apart.
