The cast also includes Robin Weigert, Adam Rothenberg, Tamara Tunie, Rowena King, Will Seefriend, Mya Taylor, Erin Darke, Ricardo Davila and Tramel Tillman.

Marti Noxon developed the drama based on the 2015 novel by Sarai Walker. She will executive produce with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Marcy Ross, Maria Grasso, Bonnie Curtis, Julie Lynn and Jackie Hoyt. Skydance Television, AMC Studios, Tiny Pyro Productions and Mockingbird Pictures produce.

"Dietland focuses on some of the important issues and conversations happening today and offers a witty and insightful look at the war of the sexes," said David Madden, President of Original Programming for AMC, SundanceTV and AMC Studios.
