CBS' MURPHY BROWN
- Tyne Daly has joined the cast of the upcoming revival season of the hit comedy starring Candice Bergen. She starred for seven seasons in CBS' Cagney & Lacey, where she won four of her six Emmy Awards. Her casting marks her first return to series regular television since wrapping the six-season run of CBS' Judging Amy in 2005.
- She will play Phyllis, the sister of the beloved bar owner Phil (the late Pat Corley). She has taken over the bar and is a friend and confidant to Murphy (Bergen) and the gang.
FX's MAYANS MC
- Gino Vento has booked a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring JD Pardo and Edward James Olmos. He has previously recurred on TBS' The Last O.G., HBO's The Deuce and Netflix's Bloodline.
- He will play Nester, the fiercely loyal childhood friend of Miguel Galindo (Danny Pino), who is now his cold-eyed head security willing to do anything to enforce the family's rule.
