NETFLIX's MESSIAH
- Michelle Monaghan will play the female lead on the upcoming drama starring Mehdi Dehbi, John Ortiz and Tomer Sisley. She is coming off a three season starring role on Hulu's The Path. She also starred in the first season of HBO's True Detective.
- She will play Eva Geller, a specialized U.S. intelligence officer who pits her wits and years of experience against Al-Massih (Dehbi), an incendiary religious-political figure who emerges out of Syria and whose influence is growing. Smart, tenacious and determined to prove she's right, she goes to the ends of the earth to prosecute the allusive figure while running headlong into the truth about her own moral convictions.
