CBS All Access has renewed its original drama series The Good Fight for a third season, it was announced today. The new season will debut in 2019.
In its second season, the drama stars Christine Baranski, Cush Jumbo, Rose Leslie, Justin Bartha, Michael Boatman, Nyambi Nyambi, Sarah Steele, Audra McDonald and Delroy Lindo.
Robert King, Michelle King and Phil Alden Robinson created the drama - which is a spinoff of the successful drama The Good Wife. They executive produce with Ridley Scott, David W. Zucker, Liz Glotzer, Brooke Kennedy and Alison Scott. CBS Television Studios, Scott Free Productions and King Size Productions produce.
"The Good Fight is a perfect example of what we strive for a CBS All Access original series to be: thought-provoking, boundary-pushing and, most of all, incredibly entertaining," said Julie McNamara, Executive Vice President of Original Content, CBS All Access.
