USA's ERASE
- The drama pilot starring and co-written by Denis Leary is staging a Rescue Me reunion. Callie Thorne has been tapped as the female lead on the pilot. In addition to her seven-season starring role on FX's Rescue Me, her casting also returns her to USA after starring for three seasons in Necessary Roughness.
- She will play Donna O'Neal, Donal's (Leary) first love, ex-wife and mother of his children. A woman of strong backbone and incorruptible moral compass whose strength and Achilles' heel is her compassion.
HBO's WATCHMEN
- Jeremy Irons has joined the cast of the drama pilot written by Damon Lindelof. He won an Academy Award for Reversal of Fortune, a Tony Award for The Real Thing and an Emmy Award for HBO's Elizabeth I. He also starred for three seasons in Showtime's The Borgias.
- As has been the case with all casting on the pilot, no details were immediately confirmed about the character he will be playing.
