ABC's Station 19; Apple's Are You Sleeping; Facebook Watch's Queen America; HBO's Catherine the Great; and Sony Crackle's The Oath.





HBO's CATHERINE THE GREAT
  • Jason Clarke will play the male lead on the upcoming miniseries starring Helen Mirren. He starred for three seasons in Showtime's Brotherhood and one season in FOX's The Chicago Code. His recent film credits include Winchester, Chappaquiddick, Mudbound and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.
  • He will play Grigory Potemkin, a Russian military commander who has a love affair with Catherine the Great (Mirren) and becomes both her favored statesman and life-long friend.
SONY CRACKLE's THE OATH
  • Dilshad Vadsaria, Sebastian Zurita, Erik King, Richard Burgi, Rich Paul and Carlos Sanz have landed recurring roles on the drama's upcoming second season.
  • Vadsaria (Revenge) will play Anaya Gil, who runs the U.S. faction of the Indo-Canadian organized crime. With her lieutenant Rajiv, her crime ring specializes in the theft and sale of luxury cars. She runs her business professionally, is loyal to her friends and expects the same from her partners. She cares about her business and her people, willing to do whatever it takes to keep them safe.
  • Zurita (Todo Mal) will play Ricardo Velasquez, the only son of Ignacio, who was raised in the shadow of his father. Ruthless to an extreme and quick to anger, he has a contentious relationship with the rest of his family, in part because of the favoritism his father shows to his sister, Carmen (Zulay Henao). Envious and eager to prove his worth, his thirst for power will lead him to decisions that he may come to regret.
  • King (Dexter) will play Pastor Greg, Amber's father and a self-reformed man who plans on helping those in the neighborhood still in the life. Growing up in a family of gangbangers, he followed the tradition. But after losing his brother to gang violence, he decided to use his street knowledge to help the community instead. As a pastor, Cole (Cory Hardrict) approaches him to organize events for the Ravens. Good PR to keep the public opinion on the gang's side, and keep them out of another RICO case. As the violence escalates, he'll try his hardest to maintain the peace, and mentor Cole on the importance of helping the community.
  • Burgi (Desperate Housewives) will play Nathan Andrews, a stone cold and calculating DEA agent. He is well aware of the corruption that a job like his can breed, and to a degree, he's sympathetic to those who fall to it. He's made it his mission in life to take down all the cartels no matter the consequences.
  • Paul (The Long Shadow) will play Eli Briggs, the leader of a ruthless cop gang named the Horseman. He plays an integral part in creating havoc for the Ravens as they struggle to survive in the cop gang world.
  • Sanz (Stronger) will play Ignacio Velasquez, a leader of the Costa Oeste Cartel. Father of Jorge and Carmen, and a ruthless leader, he built his empire from the ground up. He has an old school mentality when it comes to loyalty and rules with an iron fist. A legend in Colombia for helping his people and is considered a benefactor to his community. Equally feared and loved, he is about to learn the true meaning of loyalty.
FACEBOOK WATCH's QUEEN AMERICA
  • Jennifer Westfeldt and Victoria Justice have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Catherine Zeta-Jones. Westfeld has been recurring on the fourth and fifth seasons of TV Land's Younger. Justice starred for three seasons in Nickelodeon's Zoey 101 and four seasons in Nickelodeon's Victorious.
  • Westfeldt will play Mandy Green, the reigning pageant coach from Texas and Vicki's (Zeta-Jones) lifelong nemesis.
  • Justice will play Hayley, Vicki's beautiful and spoiled protégé.
ABC's STATION 19
  • Boris Kodjoe has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He is coming off of a three season run on CBS' Code Black. He also had a notable recurring role on FOX's The Last Man on Earth.
  • He will play a seasoned firefighter with a mysterious past. He returns to the Seattle Fire Department after some time away and brings with him new skills, new perspectives and an approach to the job that doesn't always fall in line with the members of Station 19.
APPLE's ARE YOU SLEEPING
  • Billy Miller, Brett Cullen and Hunter Doohan have been cast in recurring roles on the upcoming drama starring Octavia Spencer, Lizzy Caplan and Aaron Paul.
  • Miller (General Hospital) will play Alex Dunn, Lanie's (Caplan) husband.
  • Cullen (Narcos, Devious Maids) will play Owen Cave, Warren's (Paul) father.
  • Doohan (Sound Wave) will play a younger Warren Cave.
