After only airing two episodes of its second season, HBO has renewed its original drama series The Deuce for a third and final season. The drama will return with new episodes in 2019.
The drama stars James Franco, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Chris Bauer, Gary Carr, Chris Coy, Dominique Fishback, Lawrence Gilliard Jr., Luke Kirby, Margarita Levieva, Emily Meade, Jamie Neumann and Michael Rispoli.
David Simon and George Pelecanos created the drama. They executive produce with Franco, Richard Price, Michelle MacLaren and Nina Kostroff Noble. Gyllenhaal is a producer. Rabbit Bandini Productions and Blown Deadline Productions produce in association with HBO.
