- Rebecca Front has been cast opposite Hugh Laurie on the comedy pilot written by Armando Iannucci. Her casting reunites her with Iannucci after starring for two seasons in his BBC comedy The Thick Of It.
- She will play Karen Kelly, a middle-aged American housewife who boarded Avenue 5 using her sister's non-transferable ticket. Strong-willed, articulate and likable, she finds herself becoming the voice of the passengers and enjoying her newfound power.
