Casting News - April 22, 2019

Amazon's Utopia and Hulu's High Fidelity.

HULU's HIGH FIDELITY
  • Jake Lacy has been cast on the upcoming drama starring Zoë Kravitz. He previously starred for one season in NBC's The Office, one season in HBO's Girls and two seasons in Showtime's I'm Dying Up Here.
  • He will play Clyde, who is effortlessly cute, if not the coolest guy in the room. A recent New York transplant from Los Angeles, he's still trying to figure out how to navigate the city. Despite his lack of interest in music, he reveals a funny and open side that intrigues Rob (Kravitz). But he might prove to be just like all the other guys... or so it seems.
AMAZON's UTOPIA
  • Jeanine Serralles has joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring John Cusack, Sasha Lane and Rainn Wilson. Her film credits include Hot Summer Nights and Inside Llewyn Davis.
  • She will play Colleen, a cheerful, self-possessed mortgage broker who encourages her scientist husband, Michael Stearns (Wilson), to step forward and assert himself in the midst of a national health criss. Having found each other later in life, she is her husband's biggest cheerleader and confidence booster.
