CBS Cancels 'Fam,' 'Happy Together,' 'Life in Pieces' and 'Murphy Brown'

CBS has today decided to cancel four of its original comedy series - Fam, Happy Together, Life in Pieces and the Murphy Brown revival.







Fam starred Nina Dobrev, Tone Bell, Odessa Adlon, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Gary Cole.

Corinne Kingsbury created the comedy. She executive produced with Aaron Kaplan, Wendi Trilling, Dana Honor, Joe Port and Joe Wiseman. CBS Television Studios, Kapital Entertainment and Trill TV produced.

Happy Together starred Damon Wayans Jr., Amber Stevens West, Stephnie Weir, Victor Williams, Chris Parnell and Felix Mallard.

Tim McAuliffe and Austen Earl created the comedy. They executive produced with Ben Winston, Michael Rotenberg, Jonathan Berry and Harry Styles. CBS Television Studios, 3 Arts Entertainment and Fulwell 73 produced.

Life in Pieces starred Colin Hanks, Betsy Brandt, Thomas Sadoski, Zoe Lister-Jones, Dan Bakkedahl, Angelique Cabral, Niall Cunningham, Holly Barrett, Giselle Eisenberg, Hunter King, Ana Sophia Heger, James Brolin and Dianne Wiest.

Justin Adler created the comedy. He executive produced with Barbara Adler, Aaron Kaplan, Jeff Morton, Jason Winer and Brad Copeland. 20th Century Fox Television and Kapital Entertainment produced.

The comedy is currently airing its fourth season, which debuted in April 2019.

Murphy Brown starred Candice Bergen, Faith Ford, Joe Regalbuto, Grant Shaud, Jake McDorman, Nik Dodani, Adan Rocha and Tyne Daly.

Series creator Diane English and Bergen executive produced the revival. Warner Bros. Television and Bend in the Road Productions produced.
