During the network's presentation at the Television Critics Association's summer press tour, TNT renewed its original drama series Animal Kingdom for a fifth season. The drama will likely return with new episodes in 2020.
The drama stars Ellen Barkin, Shawn Hatosy, Ben Robson, Jake Weary, Finn Cole and Sohvi Rodriguez, with recurring guest stars Emily Deschanel, Spencer Treat Clark and Leila George.
Jonathan Lisco developed the drama based on the feature film of the same name. He executive produces with John Wells, Eliza Clark, David Michôd and Liz Watts. Warner Horizon Television and John Wells Productions produce.
