- Emmanuelle Chriqui has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming drama starring Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch. She previously starred for two seasons in Hulu's Shut Eye, one season in TNT's Murder in the First and one season in FOX's The Passage.
- She will play Lana Lang-Cushing, the loan officer at Smallville Bank who stayed in Smallville when others left for something bigger and brighter. She re-establishes her friendship with her old friend, Clark Kent (Hoechlin), during one of the most difficult periods in her life.
