Dark Comedy 'Kevin Can F**k Himself' Starring Annie Murphy Receives Premiere Date on AMC

AMC has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming original dark comedy series Kevin Can F**k Himself starring Emmy winner Annie Murphy (Schitt's Creek).

The 8-episode first season will premiere on Sunday, June 20 at 9/8c. with back-to-back episodes.

The series follows Allison McRoberts (Murphy), a woman we all grew up believing we knew: the prototypical Sitcom Wife. She's beautiful and can take a joke (though she's usually the butt of them). And she's married to a guy who must've won some sort of marriage lottery, because she looks the way she does and he's... funny. But what happens when we follow Allison out of her husband's domain? When she finally wakes up - and revolts against - the injustices in her life? The series breaks television convention and blends multi-camera comedy with single-camera realism to make us ask: "who and what have we been laughing at all of these years?"

In addition to Murphy, the series stars Eric Petersen, Mary Hollis Inboden, Alex Bonifer, Brian Howe and Raymond Lee.

Valerie Armstrong created the series, with Craig DiGregorio serving as showrunner. They executive produce with Rashida Jones and Will McCormack. AMC Studios and Le Train Train produce.
