NBC Renews 'Young Rock' and 'Kenan'

NBC has today renewed its original comedy series Young Rock and Kenan for second seasons. Both comedies will return with new episodes as part of the network's 2021-22 broadcast schedule.






Young Rock stars Dwayne Johnson, Joseph Lee Anderson, Stacey Leilua, Ana Tuisila, Adrian Groulx, Bradley Constant and Uli Latukefu.

Nahnatchka Khan and Jeff Chiang created the comedy. They executive produce with Johnson, Dany Garcia, Hiram Garcia, Brian Gewirtz and Jennifer Carreras. Universal Television, Seven Bucks Productions and Fierce Baby Productions produce.

Kenan stars Kenan Thompson, Chris Redd, Kimrie Lewis, Dani Lane, Dannah Lane and Don Johnson.

Jackie Clarke and David Caspe created the comedy. They executive produce with Thompson, Lorne Michaels, Andrew Singer and Ken Whittingham. Universal Television and Broadway Video produce.
