AppleTV+'s Roar & WeCrashed; BET+'s Sacrifice; FX's Impeachment: American Crime Story; HBO's We Own This City; HBO Max's Rap Sh*t & The Sex Lives of College Girls; NBC's New Amsterdam; and Netflix's The Witcher: Blood Origin.



NETFLIX's THE WITCHER: BLOOD ORIGIN
  • Lenny Henry, Mirren Mack, Nathaniel Curtis, Dylan Moran, Jacob Collins Levy, Lizzie Annis, Huw Novelli, Francesca Mills, Amy Murray and Zach Wyatt have joined the cast of the upcoming The Witcher prequel starring Sophia Brown, Laurence O'Fuarain and Michelle Yeoh.
  • Henry will play Balor. Mack will play Merwyn. Curtis will play Brían. Moran will play Uthrok One-Nut. Levy will play Eredin. Annis will play Zacaré. Novelli will play Callan aka Brother Death. Mills will play Meldof. Murray will play Fenrik. Wyatt will play Syndril.
APPLE TV+'s ROAR
  • Betty Gilpin, Meera Syal, Fivel Stewart and Kara Hayward will appear in the upcoming episodic anthology series created by Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch. Gilpin previously starred for three seasons in Netflix's GLOW, which was also created by Flahive and Mensch. Syal starred in the first season of BBC One's The Split. Stewart heavily recurred on Netflix's Atypical. Hayward is best known for starring the 2012 feature film Moonrise Kingdom.
  • Gilpin will play Amelia, a woman so strikingly beautiful that her husband builds her a shelf to sit upon in their home.
  • Syal will play Anu, a woman stuck in a lackluster marriage who decides to shake up her life and return her husband to the very store she first purchased him from.
  • Stewart will play Jane, an angsty teenage girl who loves horses and doesn't love much of anything else these days. She embarks on a revenge journey when her father is murdered.
  • Hayward will play Millie, the preacher's daughter and Jane's childhood friend - the last person you'd want to bring on a revenge journey with you.
FX's IMPEACHMENT: AMERICAN CRIME STORY
  • Mira Sorvino, Dan Bakkedahl, Joseph Mazzello, Blair Underwood, Kevin Pollak and Patrick Fischler are set for recurring roles on the upcoming third installment of the anthology series. Sorvino reunites with series creator Ryan Murphy after recurring on his Netflix limited series Hollywood. Bakkedahl currently stars in HBO Max's Made for Love, which has been renewed for a second season. Mazzello has recurred on FX's Justified and CBS' Person of Interest. Underwood starred in the Netflix limited series When They See Us and Self Made. Pollak currently stars in Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, which has been renewed for a fourth season. Fischler recently starred in Disney+'s one-season drama The Right Stuff.
  • Sorvino will play Marcia Lewis, Monica Lewinsky's (Beanie Feldstein) mother.
  • Bakkedahl will play Kenneth Starr, the independent counsel during the Clinton presidency and author of the Starr Report, which alleged that Bill Clinton (Clive Owen) lied about the existence of an affair with Lewinsky during a sworn deposition, an allegation that led to Clinton's impeachment.
  • Mazzello will play Paul Begala, an adviser to Bill Clinton during his presidency.
  • Underwood will play Vernon Jordan, a business executive and civil rights activist who became a close adviser to Bill Clinton.
  • Pollak will play Bernie Nussbaum, the White House counsel under President Bill Clinton.
  • Fischler will play Sidney Blumenthal, an aide to President Bill Clinton and long-time confidante of Hillary Clinton (Edie Falco).
HBO's WE OWN THIS CITY
  • Dagmara Domińczyk and Don Harvey will co-star on the upcoming drama starring Jon Bernthal, Josh Charles and Jamie Hector. Moreover, Delaney Williams, David Corenswet, Ian Duff, Lucas Van Engen, Gabrielle Carteris, Treat Williams and Domenick Lombardozzi have been cast in recurring roles.
  • Domińczyk (Succession) will play Erika Jensen, a New York native. Compelled by the 9/11 terrorism to join the FBI, she conducted the federal investigation into the corrupt GTTF officers along with Task Force Officer John Sieracki.
  • Harvey (The Deuce) will play John Sieracki, a second-generation city cop officer, assigned to the public corruption task force and working out of the FBI's office in Woodlawn. He provided the federal investigation key knowledge of the BPD and access to its databases.
  • Williams (Law & Order: SVU) will play Kevin Davis, the Police Commissioner hired after the unrest following Freddie Gray's death. He is caught between the proverbial rock and several hard places, unable to reform the Baltimore City police department and please City Hall, community leaders, the police union, and his rank and file officers.
  • Corenswet (Hollywood) will play David McDougall, a veteran investigator with the Harford County Narcotics Task Force. He and Detective Scott Kilpatrick (Larry Mitchell), his colleague in neighboring Baltimore County's Narcotics Unit, began the casework on drug overdoses that set the GTTF probe in motion.
  • Duff (The Republic of Sarah) will play Ahmed Jackson, a former DOJ trial attorney who is tired of criminal prosecutions and transferred to the Office of Civil Rights. He is newly assigned to Nicole Steele's (Wunmi Mosaku) team and is mentored by her as they investigate the systemic policing issues in Baltimore.
  • Van Engen (City on a Hill) will play Leo Wise, a veteran federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's office in Baltimore and the lead prosecutor assigned to the Gun Trace Task Force case.
  • Carteris (Beverly Hills, 90210) will play Andrea Smith, the head of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force, who referred the first evidence of police corruption to federal prosecutors who then continued the probe as it led to the GTTF.
  • Williams (Chesapeake Shores) will play Brian Grabler, a retired Baltimore City detective from an earlier era in policing. Now teaching at the police academy, he recognizes much of what has gone wrong.
  • Lombardozzi (Mrs. Fletcher) will play Stephen Brady, the president of the Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police.
NBC's NEW AMSTERDAM
  • Sandra Mae Frank and Chloe Freeman have booked recurring roles on the drama's upcoming fourth season. Frank previously guest starred on NBC's Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist. Freeman has recurred on NBC's The Blacklist.
  • Frank will play Dr. Wilder, one of the few deaf surgeons in New York City. She's also one of the best surgeons, period.
  • Freeman will play Dr. Pavan Carey, a new resident in the emergency department.
HBO MAX's THE SEX LIVES OF COLLEGE GIRLS
  • Isabella Roland, Kavi Ladnier, Stephen Guarino, Matt Maloy, Donielle Nash, Najee Muhammad, Vico Ortiz, Chris Platt, Jillian Armenante, Mueen Jahan, Scott Lipman, Kim Matula and Amanda Riplay have landed recurring roles on the upcoming comedy starring Pauline Chalamet.
  • No details were immediately announced about the characters they will be playing.
BET+'s SACRIFICE
  • Frankie Smith is set for a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Paula Patton. He has previously guest starred on The CW's Star-Crossed, History's Roots and CBS' NCIS: New Orleans.
  • He will play Chauncey Winchester. Wharton Business School educated, he is a tech-savvy Gen Z-er with the music know-how of a 20-year industry veteran.
APPLE TV+'s WECRASHED
  • O-T Fagbenle has been cast in a recurring role on the upcoming limited series starring Jared Leto, Anne Hathaway and America Ferrera. He is currently nominated for an Emmy Award for his supporting role on Hulu's The Handmaid's Tale. He recently starred in the Marvel feature film Black Widow. And finally, he next stars in Showtime's upcoming anthology drama The First Lady starring Viola Davis, Michelle Pfeiffer and Gillian Anderson.
  • He will play Cameron Lautner, a partner at a powerful investment firm who is tasked with trying to instill discipline at WeWork and prepare it for its upcoming IPO, which brings him into conflict with the company's eccentric and headstrong CEO.
HBO MAX's RAP SH*T
  • RJ Cyler has joined the cast of the upcoming comedy starring Aida Osman and KaMillion. He previously starred for two seasons in Showtime's I'm Dying Up Here and one season in VH1's Scream. He has also recurred on HBO's Vice Principals and The CW's Black Lightning.
  • He will play Lamont, an aspiring music producer with a sharp ear for talent. He is also the loving but sometimes absentminded young father to Melissa, so by association, he has a complicated relationship with Mia (KaMillion).
