CBS' CSI: Vegas & Young Sheldon; and Peacock's The Missing.






CBS' CSI: VEGAS
  • Mel Rodriguez has become the third actor not to return as a series regular for the drama's upcoming second season. It's currently unclear if he will make guest appearances in the future. Rodriguez joins original series stars William Petersen and Jorja Fox in departing the main cast following the first season.
  • Rodriguez played Chief Medical Examiner Hugo Ramirez.
CBS' YOUNG SHELDON
  • Ming-Na Wen will guest star in a February episode of the comedy's fifth season. She currently stars in Disney+'s The Book of Boba Fett, which is now airing its first season. She previously starred for six seasons in NBC's ER and seven seasons in ABC's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
  • She will play Dr. Carol Lee, the director of experimental cosmology at East Texas Tech University, who butts heads with Sheldon (Iain Armitage).
PEACOCK's THE MISSING
  • Juliana Canfield will play the female lead in the upcoming drama starring Jeff Wilbusch. She previously starred in FX's one-season drama Y: The Last Man. She has also recurred for three seasons on HBO's Succession.
  • She will play Janine Harris, a newly-minted detective with the NYPD. Looking for a mentor, she begs to be partnered with Avraham (Wilbusch), who prefers to work alone, and gets her wish.
