CBS Renews 'The Equalizer' for Seasons 3 & 4

CBS has today renewed its original drama series The Equalizer for its third and fourth seasons. The renewal will keep the drama airing on the broadcast network through its 2023-24 schedule.






The drama stars Queen Latifah, Tory Kittles, Adam Goldberg, Liza Lapira, Laya DeLeon Hayes and Lorraine Toussaint.

Joseph C. Wilson and Adam Glass have been tapped to succeed series creators Andrew W. Marlowe and Terri Edda Miller as co-showrunners for the third season.

Wilson, Glass, Marlowe and Miller executive produce with Queen Latifah, Richard Lindheim, Shakim Compere, Debra Martin Chase, John Davis, John Fox and Randy Zisk. CBS Studios, Universal Television, Flavor Unit Entertainment, Davis Entertainment and Martin Chase Productions produce.
