HBO Max Cancels 'Love Life' After 2 Seasons

Over a year since the streaming service aired its last episode, HBO Max has today decided to cancel its original anthology comedy series Love Life after two seasons. Moreover, the series is expected to be pulled from the streamer before the end of the year.

The first season starred Anna Kendrick, Zoë Chao, Sasha Compère, Peter Vack and Lesley Manville.

The second season starred William Jackson Harper, Jessica Williams, Comedian CP, Punkie Johnson and Keith David.

Sam Boyd created the series. He executive produced with Kendrick, Harper, Paul Feig, Dan Magnante, Bridget Bedard and Rachelle Williams-BenAry. Lionsgate Television and Feigco Entertainment.

The first season of Love Life was one of the first series to premiere on HBO Max in May 2020. And now, that piece of history will soon exit the platform as it undergoes a broad financial review of its programming slate following the merger of WarnerMedia and Discovery, Inc. that closed earlier this year.
