AppleTV+'s Acapulco & Slow Horses; Hulu's Interior Chinatown; and Peacock's Hysteria





PEACOCK's HYSTERIA!
  • Julie Bowen will star in the upcoming drama created by Matthew Scott Kane. She previously starred for eleven seasons in ABC's Modern Family, winning Emmy Awards for her performance in 2011 and 2012. 
  • She will play Linda Campbell, the mother of a teenage outcast. She experiences a series of supernatural disturbances that force her to question everything she knows about her son, as well as the growing threat of Satanism in their small Midwestern town.
APPLE TV+'s ACAPULCO
  • Jaime Camil has joined the cast of the comedy's upcoming third season. He currently stars in AppleTV+'s Schmigadoon!, which is now airing its second season. He previously starred for five seasons in The CW's Jane the Virgin.
  • He will play Alejandro, the brother of one of the wealthiest men in Mexico and a new co-owner of Las Colinas who makes Diane Davies' (Jessica Collins) life miserable at the hotel.
APPLE TV+'s SLOW HORSES
  • Hugo Weaving, Joanna Scanlan, Ruth Bradley, Tom Brooke and James Callis have been added to the cast of the drama's upcoming fourth season. Weaving currently stars in the Australian drama Love Me, which is now airing its second season. Scanlan starred for four seasons in BBC Two's The Thick of It. Bradley starred for three seasons in AMC's Humans. Brooke starred in the first season of AMC's Preacher. Callis starred for four seasons in Syfy's Battlestar Galactica and two seasons in Paramount+'s Blood & Treasure.
  • No details were immediately announced about the characters they will be playing.
HULU's INTERIOR CHINATOWN
  • Chris Pang, Maury Sterling and Spencer Neville have landed recurring roles on the upcoming drama starring Jimmy O. Yang. Pang previously appeared in the films Crazy Rich Asians, Palm Springs and Blade of the 47 Ronin. Sterling starred for two seasons in Showtime's Homeland. Neville recurred on Netflix's Ozark, Freeform's Good Trouble and HBO Max's The Sex Lives of College Girls.
  • Pang will play Older Brother, the charming and talented beloved sibling of Willis Wu (Yang) whose mysterious disappearance years ago tore the family apart. Now, Willis has an opportunity to investigate his brother's case when Detective Lana Lee (Chloe Bennet) arrives in the neighborhood with new information.
  • Sterling and Neville will play Carrey and McDonough, the original detective partners on Black & White.
