Starz Unveils Premiere Date for Limited Series 'Three Women' Starring Shailene Woodley, Betty Gilpin and DeWanda Wise

Starz has today announced the premiere date for its upcoming original limited series Three Women starring Shailene Woodley, Betty Gilpin and DeWanda Wise.

The 10-episode limited series will debut on Friday, September 13 at 10/9c. New episodes will be available to stream at midnight on the Starz app before their linear debut.

Based on the novel by Lisa Taddeo, the series finds three women on a crash course to radically overturn their lives. Lina (Gilpin), a homemaker in suburban Indiana, is a decade into a passionless marriage when she embarks on an affair that quickly becomes all-consuming and transforms her life. Sloane (Wise), a glamorous entrepreneur in the Northeast, has a committed open marriage with Richard, until two sexy new strangers threaten their aspirational love story. Maggie, a student in North Dakota, weathers an intense storm after accusing her married English teacher of an inappropriate relationship. Gia (Woodley), a writer grieving the loss of her family, persuades each of these three spectacular "ordinary" women to tell her their stories, and her relationships with them change the course of her life forever.

In addition to Woodley, Gilpin and Wise, the series stars Gabrielle Creevy, Blair Underwood, Jason Ralph and John Patrick Amedori.

Taddeo developed the series, with Laura Eason serving as showrunner. They executive produce with Kathy Ciric, Emmy Rossum and director Louise Friedberg.
