CBS' NCIS: ORIGINS
  • The drama's upcoming second season will produce an episode honoring the late David McCallum, who starred on NCIS for 20 seasons. He died at age 90 in 2023. The episode will see Adam Campbell reprise his role as Young Ducky and feature McCallum's iconic song "The Edge."
  • In the episode, Ducky is sent to Camp Pendleton to shadow the team while they work a case and, in the process, he reconnects with Gibbs (Austin Stowell) after the two crossed paths years earlier.
NETFLIX's EXTRACTION
  • May Calamawy, Waleed Zuaiter and Ed Speleers have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Omar Sy, Boyd Holbrook and Natalie Dormer. Calamawy previously starred for three seasons in Hulu's Ramy and in the Disney+ limited series Moon Knight. Zuaiter starred in the second season of Sky Atlantic's Gangs of London. Speleers starred in the third season of Paramount+'s Star Trek: Picard and in the fourth season of Netflix's You.
  • Calamawy will play Priscilla Ragab, an intelligent and empathetic executive who remains calm while under pressure.
  • Zuaiter will play Hamza Najjar, a former soldier with a profound desire for justice.
  • Speleers will recur as Alford Griff, an unpredictable engineer.
HULU's NOT SUITABLE FOR WORK
  • Ella Hunt, Avantika, Will Angus, Jack Martin and Nicholas Duvernay will star in the upcoming comedy created by Mindy Kaling. Hunt previously starred for three seasons in AppleTV+'s Dickinson and in the 2024 film Saturday Night. Avantika starred in the films Senior Year and Mean Girls. Angus appeared in the Hulu film Prom Dates. Martin starred for three seasons in NBC's La Brea. Duvernay recurred on HBO's The White Lotus.
  • Hunt will play AJ Pascarelli, a charming but intense first-year analyst at the most prestigious investment bank in New York.
  • Avantika will play Abhinaya "Abby" Chilukuri, a fashion-obsessed, savvy assistant to a demanding celebrity stylist.
  • Angus will play Davis Beau Bradley Barrett III, a high-energy finance bro, but underneath his fratty exterior, he wants to love and be loved.
  • Martin will play Josh Teitelbaum, a smart, idealistic and occasionally sanctimonious New Yorker (born and raised, he's the first to tell you).
  • Duvernay will play Kel Washington, a charming, slightly anxious medical student struggling to ace his exams while plotting his big break as an actor.
