Prime Video has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming second season of its original drama series House of David.
All eight episodes of the second season will be available on Sunday, October 5 - coinciding with the launch of the Wonder Project subscription offering on the streaming service.
The new season follows the aftermath of the battle between David and Goliath and David's rise to the throne. As he navigates palace politics, his family's jealousy, and a growing romance, David steps deeper into his destiny and learns what it means to become a great leader.
The drama stars Michael Iskander, Ali Suliman, Indy Lewis, Ethan Kai, Oded Fehr, Yali Topol Margalith, Davood Ghadami, Ayelet Zurer and Aury Alby.
Jon Erwin created the drama. He executive produces with Jonathan Lloyd Walker, Jon Gunn, Trey Callaway, Ryan Swanson, Justin Rosenblatt, Chad Oakes and Mike Frislev. Amazon MGM Studios, Lionsgate Television, Kingdom Story Company, The Wonder Project and Nomadic Pictures produce.
