Casting News - Necar Zadegan Returns to CBS for 'CIA'; Gretchen Mol Set as New Series Regular on 'Tulsa King'; Plus 1 More Update!

CBS' CIA
  • Necar Zadegan has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming FBI spinoff starring Tom Ellis and Nick Gehlfuss. She previously starred for five seasons in Bravo's Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce and three seasons in CBS' NCIS: New Orleans. She currently stars in the fourth season of Paramount+'s Mayor of Kingstown.
  • She will play the Chief of Station in New York City. The role was originally played by Michael Michele, who departed the series last month.
PARAMOUNT+'s TULSA KING
  • Gretchen Mol is set as a new series regular on the dramedy's upcoming fourth season. She previously starred for four seasons in HBO's Boardwalk Empire and recurred on HBO's Perry Mason.
  • She will play Amanda Clark, a Tulsa politician.
NBC's THE HUNTING PARTY
  • Eric McCormack and Niecy Nash-Betts will guest star on the drama's upcoming second season. McCormack previously starred for eleven seasons in NBC's Will & Grace, three seasons in TNT's Perception, three seasons in Netflix's Travelers and in the MGM+ limited series Nine Bodies in a Mexican Morgue. Nash-Betts previously starred for eight seasons in Comedy Central's Reno 911!, five seasons in TV Land's The Soul Man, three seasons in HBO's Getting On, four seasons in TNT's Claws and in the Netflix limited series Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.
  • McCormack will play Ron Simms aka the "Boogeyman" killer, who is at large and targeting women who are searching for love. Time is of the essence to stop him before he leaves more than broken hearts behind.
  • Nash-Betts will play Erica Burke, a detective with a past connection to rural New Mexico serial killer Adrian Gallo, who preserved his victims in acrylic resin, the same way people preserve insects. Bex (Melissa Roxburgh) must work with Erica to find Gallo before it's too late.
