HBO Unveils Premiere Date for New Drama 'Half Man' Created by and Starring Richard Gadd

HBO and the BBC have today announced the premiere date for their upcoming original drama series Half Man created by and starring Richard Gadd.






The six-episode drama will premiere on Thursday, April 23 and will be followed on Friday, April 24 on the BBC.

After an inseparable youth, Ruben (Gadd) turns up at Niall's wedding three decades later, and everything seems different. He is on edge. Shifty. Not acting like himself. Soon, an explosion of violence takes place that catapults us back through their lives, from the '80s to the present day.

In addition to Gadd, the drama stars Jamie Bell, Mitchell Robertson, Stuart Campbell, Neve McIntosh, Marianne McIvor, Charlie De Melo, Bilal Hasna, Julie Cullen, Amy Manson, Anjli Mohindra, Tim Downie, Tom Andrews, Philippine Velge, Stuart McQuarrie, Sandy Batchelor, Piers Ewart, Scot Greenan, Charlotte Blackwood, Calum Manchip and Kate Robson-Stuart.

Gadd also executive produces with Sophie Gardiner, Anna O'Malley, Gaynor Holmes, Gavin Smith, Tally Garner, Morven Reid and directors Alexandra Brodski and Eshref Reybrouck. Mam Tor Productions and Thistledown Pictures produce in association with HBO and the BBC.
