"The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" and "The Terminal List" Land Premiere Dates on Prime Video

Prime Video has today announced premiere dates for two of its original returning dramas - the third season of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power and the second season of The Terminal List.






The eight-episode third season of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power will debut on Wednesday, November 11 with new episodes being released weekly.

Jumping forward several years from the events of Season Two, Season Three takes place at the height of the War of the Elves and Sauron, as the Dark Lord seeks to craft the One Ring that will give him the edge he needs to win the war, bind all peoples to his will - and at last rule all Middle-earth.

The drama stars Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Robert Aramayo, Owain Arthur, Jamie Campbell Bower, Morfydd Clark, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Trystan Gravelle, Eddie Marsan, Lloyd Owen, Andrew Richardson, Zubin Varla, Charlie Vickers, Benjamin Walker, Daniel Weyman, and Adam Young.

J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay return as showrunners on the third season. They executive produce with Lindsey Weber, Justin Doble, Kate Hazell, and director Charlotte Brandstrom. Amazon MGM Studios and New Line Cinema produce.

Meanwhile, all eight episodes of the second season of The Terminal List will be available on Wednesday, October 21.

Navy SEAL Commander James Reece battles unknown conspiratorial forces seeking to upend the world order. This season comes from Jack Carr's second novel "True Believer" where he puts Reece on a journey of violent redemption, finding a new purpose after finishing his list. The psychological revenge thriller open up into a globe-trotting espionage thriller taking Reece across the Indian Ocean, Southern and Northern Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Reece will uncover a conspiracy that reaches from Moscow to Langley and ties into his own family's history.

The drama stars Chris Pratt, Tom Hopper, Constance Wu, Dar Salim, Luke Hemsworth, Gabriel Luna, Costa Ronin, Olga Kurylenko, Yul Vazquez, Arnold Vosloo, and Shiraz Tzarfati.

David DiGilio developed the drama and returns as showrunner. He executive produces with Carr, Pratt, Jared Shaw, Max Adams, Kat Samick, and director Antoine Fuqua. Amazon MGM Studios, MRC, Civic Center Media and Indivisible Productions produce.
