Netflix and CBC have today renewed their original drama series Anne With an E for a third season. The drama will return with its new season in 2019.
The drama stars Amybeth McNulty, Geraldine James, R.H. Thomson, Dalila Bela, Lucas Jade Zumann, Aymeric Jett Montaz, Corrine Koslo, Dalmar Abuzeid and Cory Grüter-Andrew.
Moira Walley-Beckett developed the drama. She executive produces with Miranda de Pencier, Elizabeth Bradley, Alex Sapot, Sally Catto, Debra Hayward, Alison Owen and Ken Girotti. Northwood Entertainment produces.
"Through the storytelling of Anne With an E, the classic Canadian tale has transcended borders and found fans across our global membership," said Cindy Holland, Vice President of Original Content, Netflix.
