Apple TV Reveals Premiere Date for New Drama 'Margo's Got Money Troubles' Starring Elle Fanning and Michelle Pfeiffer

Apple TV has today announced the premiere date for its upcoming original drama Margo's Got Money Troubles starring Elle Fanning and Michelle Pfeiffer.






The eight-episode first season will debut on Wednesday, April 15 with its first three episodes. New episodes will then be released weekly every Wednesday until the season finale on May 20.

Based on the novel by Rufi Thorpe, the bold, heartwarming and comedic family drama follows recent college dropout and aspiring writer, Margo (Fanning), the daughter of an ex-Hooter's waitress (Pfeiffer) and ex-pro wrestler, as she's forced to make her way with a new baby, a mounting pile of bills and a dwindling amount of ways to pay them.

In addition to Fanning and Pfeiffer, the drama stars Nicole Kidman, Nick Offerman, Thaddea Graham, Marcia Gay Harden, Greg Kinnear, Michael Angarano, Rico Nasty and Lindsey Normington.

David E. Kelley developed the drama. He executive produces with Fanning, Pfeiffer, Kidman, Thorpe, Dakota Fanning, Brittany Kahan Ward, Per Saari, Matthew Tinker, Eva Anderson, Boo Killebrew and director Dearbhla Walsh. A24, Lewellen Pictures, Blossom Films and David E. Kelley Productions produce.
